Dr. Sage Ehresman is a chiropractor at Elite Performance and Chiropractic in Bonita Springs, Florida. Born and raised in Iowa, he trained at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange and previously worked as a strength and conditioning coach at the high school and college levels. That experience shaped his performance-first philosophy, focusing on the nervous system to elevate results, reduce pain, and cut injury risk for athletes and everyday people. He also coaches athletic performance and assists with track and field at Aubrey Rogers High School.
