She is a native Oregonian and has been practicing in the Portland area for over a decade. Dr. O’Halloran is a past board member of the Oregon Optometric Advocacy Council and Oregon Optometric Public Affairs Council Chair. She was also awarded Young Optometrist of the Year and has participated in nonprofit organizations, traveling overseas, providing quality vision care to underserved populations.
