Dr Jacob and his Assoc's were our mom's psychiatry drs at the Glendora Behavioral Center. He called us after she was admitted. A couple days later and for the next five days, we asked that he call us. After his long-awaited reply, we asked for a follow-up call, but instead just told the attending nurse, "What do they want? They have called so often already." ... Yes, only because of he or his associates lack of response. Good doctor... maybe. Attentive doctor.... I think NOT.

Useless. Should retire for patients safety. Careless repetitive errors. Never returns calls. Caring Dr. should practice til they decide to retire. 67 This Dr.s medical mind burned out and old as dirt but still treating patients.. Just in practice for the money.

What type of doctor puts a 90 yr old with dementia who cannot walk in a hospital psych ward? His license should be revoked! He obviously doesn't understand what dementia is. A kind thoughtful caring grandmother and great grandmother placed where she did not belong in a white room with no TV...radio ...etc. and family limited to only 2 hrs twice a day for visits. Do not trust this doctor...he is an unkind heartless individual only looking for the Medicare payout...not the welfare of his patient or their families wishes. Beware!!!!

Jumps from one thought to the next constantly. Cant keep focused on either meds or dope alcohol or smoking. Cant keep theology separate from drugs war gangs gambling and DARE as well. Moves with lack of enthusiasm or empathy. Doesn't keep a beat with time. Squash banana. Needs to be lassoed in SOS

amazing Dr., always LISTENS to my needs and prescribes the RIGHT meds for my situation..** A+*

Rude staff and unlrofessional and also never stick to appointment times given to patient always make patient wait 20/30 minutes longer.

Does not respond to inquiries regarding patient's care or disposition.

Appoints are all booked at the same time creating a LONG wait.

Great Dr. And staff. Has helped my child tremendously & Rx correct medication. It's a bit hard to get through his Diamond Bar office. Most phone calls go to voicemail and that one day I needed to speak with his staff. Eventually by luck I got thru but his office would be more helpful if the phones were answered. Otherwise, happy with with him.
