Dr. Saif Ur-Rab Jaffery, MD

I had an initial appointment with Dr. Jaffery over telehealth. Although I was in the Zoom meeting, he was not able to get his teleconferencing software to work. He offered to do the session over the phone. When I asked if patient care was effective just over the phone, he said that there were no studies, so we could not do it. He then said something must be wrong with my hardware as other patients did not have this problem. He did not apologize and did not offer any kind word. It was a big step for me to show up to his office, and I feel hurt that he was quite curt, blamed me, and offered no kindness for his mistake. As another provider in this field, I am well aware of the fact that this manner is absolutely not okay. He told me to call his office to reschedule. I will not be returning as a patient.

Complete inaccurate diagnosis! Confused TIAs with hypochondriac disorder -- when did he become a cardiologist?

Be prepared to be in and out in 5 minutes for over a hundred dollars each time. Prescribes minimal amounts of medication with no refills so you have to keep coming back every couple weeks for another 5 minutes and a large bill. Never remembers anything previously discussed, asks very few questions and communication is minimal. He seems more interested in churning through patients than offering any real assistance. Waiting times are short because nobody is ever in there for more than a few minutes.

Do not go to this doctor unless you want to be on addictive drugs and never get better, he does not care about anyone but himself and his IOP does not work- it is full of people still using and the doctor did not seem to care- overall he made my addiction WORSE!!

This doctor lacks compassion! Does not make eye contact. Seemed more interested in getting me signed up for a long time of expensive visits than treating my illness. Prescribed blood pressure med without even taking my blood pressure at first visit. My blood pressure has always been perfect. Was completely disappointed!! Could never recommend!! Wish I could check 0 stars when rating.

Was surprised that Dr. Jaffery received a 4 star review. After seeing him for almost two years...I found him to be more concerned with burning through his patients than the patients themselves. Asking Generic questions month after month, without truly caring about the health and well being (ie quality of life) of his patients. He saw me for two years every month yet had to look at my chart instead of my face? If you want help seek it elsewhere! Wish I had sooner.

I was recently there toget help. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The office is very nice and clean and there is no waiting time. Dr Jaffery was very caring and listened to all I had to say. I am definitely referring them to everyone I know.
