I loved Dr. Saila's Metabolic and Lifestyle Reset Program! I learned a ton of information about how to lose weight and live healthily. I enjoyed eating lots of delicious fruits, vegetables, meats, and other foods while losing 12 pounds in 10 weeks. Moreover, I have the tools to continue my journey of healthy living. It was fun sharing recipes and photos of meals. Being part of the group and meeting weekly boosted my motivation and morale. There are lots of great video modules. I am really very fortunate to know Dr. Sailaja Reddy and her practice of functional medicine. I had no idea how much your digestive system impacts your overall health. Rather than taking the easy way out and prescribing drugs to treat the symptoms, Dr. Reddy gets down to the root cause of the problem by doing extensive analysis through various analysis (blood, small & large intestine, breathing, etc.). After the analysis, Dr. Reddy prepared a wellness plan which I was really impressed as the plan was to heal the body through natural food and not through harsh prescription drugs. Food that I thought were super food and supposed to be good to your body not necessarily will be good for everyone. After the analysis, I was shocked to know of so many foods I was sensitive to and by just stopping those food (through guidance) I have already started to feel great. The guidance and information I have received has greatly enhanced my quality of life. My energy is elevated, lost weight and I feel… great in just one month of meeting of Dr. Reddy!!
