Absolutely terrible experience. She didn't understand me, nor did she understand the letter my previous doctor wrote to explain my conditions and treatment. She also repeatedly interrupted me and refused to answer my questions. Finally she stormed out of the room and refused to even treat me. Absolutely appalling behaviour and attitude.

My first experience with Dr Bathula was very positive. At my initial appt and exam I found her to be both professional and personable. She took time to understand me and my health history, and also to explain medical information. In a short time she won my confidence and trust. I'm relieved to have found a great primary care Dr.

The worst office in Gastonia...impossible to get thru on the phone with no followups when contacted with fax.
