Dr. Saira Z. Ahsan, MD

Dr. Ashan is awkward at best. She hardly spoke to my then 3 year old even during the examination. Each appointment she was an hour plus late which was awful when my child had a stomach virus and high fever (for everyone including the office staff and other clients in the waiting room). She leaves the room without telling you that your appointment is over, she doesn't speak directly to me nor does she seem to really listen to my concerns but rather says "okay" and "I see" repeatedly. I do not trust her knowledge based on what I have seen. She practiced in a rural community previously and I think that was more of her calling. We have gone to the other pediatric practice in our area and have been extremely satisfied with every provider and appointment we have had there.

Dr. Saira is a wonderful pediatrician. She listens, gives thoughtful and knowledgeable advice and explains things clearly, but in a way that respects your opinion and intelligence as a parent. She has given excellent care to our two children, and practical, informed advice to us as parents, and we trust her completely.
