Now that this doctor did the work incomplete no other dentist will finish the job. I still have an Incomplete Root Canal, and I am in the middle of my work week. My insurance company called to apologize and sent me a list of dentists to call. This dentist has not called, sent an apology letter or email (Which they do not have anyway). What an inconvenience! The doctor made me call my insurance company to verify my account insurance information while I was in pain in the chair. I had 2 teeth that needed a root canal, but he only did one. The place is dirty with blood on the wall, and since I was in pain I The office also has old equipment with dust. That was Friday, so I leave there with one tooth opened, in pain, with no prescription for pain killers. The next day I went to a different dentist to get a pain prescription and the other doctor stated that the root canal was not deep enough and prescribed me pain meds, but did not help me.
