Dr O performed ankle surgery on my wife, after a few weeks recovering everything seems to have went well. But.... when it comes to patient after care the Dr and his staff are not helpful. I as the husband tried to get them to fill out FMLA paperwork provided by my employer. They charged us $20.00 to fill it out which is OK, but never heard from them for ten days so my wife called and they said they don't fill fmla paperwork out for anyone but the patient. How ridiculous, how am I supposed to be absent from my job without penalty so I can take my wife to appointments. Then my wife went to her first appointment after surgery and requested temporary handicap parking pass paperwork of which Dr. O was happy to do, but when we took it to license branch they said the Dr neglected to put the duration of the permit as well as other fields that he didn't fill out. So when it comes to patient after care it is lacking for any concern as to the needs his patients struggle with during… recovery

He is professional and kind. His expertise is above all standards as well as his staff. I highly recommend him and will refer all friends and family to him for their orthopedic needs. FIVE STAR! Thank you so much for my new hip! I had a very extreme case with impingement that he resolved for me. Just amazing! Although I am working through some post op nerve issues his team has been there every step of the way! I am grateful and blessed to have him as my surgeon.

Dr. Ongwijitwat is a wonderful physician and amazing surgeon! He helped me so much, and was kind, caring, and went the extra mile throughout every interaction I've had with him. He and his team really helped me feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Ongwijitwat!

Has taken care of my hip and knee, one was resolved with PT, one required surgery. Went great both times. He has good communication skills, confident he is very knowledgable.
