I had facial surgery from Dr. Kassis & profoundly regret it. I'm scheduled next month to have everything he did revised by a better surgeon that listens. I've met many patients of Kassis that are unsatisfied. We found his work to be a mixture of insufficient, sloppy, and uncanny. We were subjected to him attempting to gaslight us into liking his work. Once that failed we were met with accusations of body dysmorphia. I gave Kassis detailed information about what I wanted. He ignored me even though what I asked for was possible. The jaw/mandible contouring Kassis did is asymmetric. He had the gall to say it wasn't and tried to gaslight me into liking it. Claimed the asymmetries were in my head. I had a CT scan taken to see if I was right, and I was. That scan proved his work is botched. The right side does not match the left at all! The right side looks like it was done by someone with Parkinsons, so uneven and wavy! Kassis changed the surgical plan mid-surgery for my chin without my… consent. Instead of the planned sliding genioplasty he opted to graft bone to the front of my chin as a less invasive substitute. It did not fix the problems. But it did create new problems. It failed to add enough projection and volume to my chin. Now I have sunken voids under my lower lip on each side of my chin. I think he was just being lazy as a sliding genioplasty is much more difficult. My chin still has the same problems in addition to new problems he caused. It looks unnatural. Every surgeon I've seen about a revision noticed it. Kassis did a minimal 3mm upper lip lift. Half of what I asked for and needed to fix my long philtrum. Said he was worried about me having too much teeth show. I have a slightly buried smile, I have too little teeth show! Every surgeon I consulted with about a revision said it was insufficient, and I needed 3~4mm more. Kassis did 2 useless facial fat transfers. The results were so bad other surgeons were shocked I ever had any facial fat transfer done! For both of these 25cc of fat transfer to my face was the plan. For the first he only did 10cc with 4cc to my upper lip, 1cc to each cheek, under-eye area, and temple. Only my upper-lip got enough! I had a major facial volume deficiency so 1cc to those areas was like a drop in the bucket making no noticeable difference. Said he was unable to get more fat because I'm thin.Kassis did 2 useless facial fat transfers. The results were so bad other surgeons were shocked I ever had any facial fat transfer done! For both of these 25cc of fat transfer to my face was the plan. His second attempt was a failure too. Kassis stepped things up by 1cc for 11cc total! 3cc to my upper-lip and 4cc to each cheek. I lost nearly all of it after a few months. I was worried with both about poor retention as I had such little facial fat to start with and my high activity level. I asked for sub-malar cheek implants because my face never held onto fat very well. He refused claiming they always look awful. Everybody I know that got them elsewhere looks great, they love them. Fat transfer is not a substitute for cheek implants. Fat transfer does not address a lack of forward cheekbone growth. Fat transfer needs to be combined with cheek implants! I asked for an lip lift revision, he refused. Kassis offered to graft more fat to my upper-lip to accomplish my goal of a shorter philtrum. He put an additional 3cc of fat in my upper lip. It made my upper lip worse, it became projected forward too much This did not shorten my philtrum but it did make my mandible and hollowed chin volume/projection problems he caused look even worse! Thankfully, I lost enough of that fat after 4 months, where it did not look awful, but it was not as good as before. Kassis ignored my request to put more fat at my temples and under-eye area. Said he could not get more fat but that was a lie. He was too lazy to look in more than one place. I know for a fact he is a liar because 3 months later a much better surgeon.

I have 100% confidence in Dr. Kassis. I particularly like his straightforward manner.

Dr. Kasis is very knowledgeable. I like his demeanor, how he answers questions very directly, doesn't dance around issues. Offers opinions, takes you into consideration. Amazing experience and I would and will absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Dr advised me that the procedure was not necessary to deal with immediately and gave me the option of returning
