Okay they so rude the office is empty not one patient they sitting here watching TV gossiping the lady with the glasses is very rude and ghetto has a nasty attuide

I was just about to transfer me and my 9 grand children to this doctor. I went in to get a med cal Clarence the Dr is very nice spend quality time with me. Exam me but when it was time to get the info for my medical clarence no reply and I needed this asap

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Terrible office staff, terrible doctor. My kids were long time patients of Dr. Papa before he retired, never once had a complaint. Then, this incompetent idiot took over the practice. He would see my children and not even glance at the chart before entering the room. He never knew their names or why they were there. Never had a chart in hand. Then, I come to find out that part of my daughter's vaccination records vanished. They claim that she hasn't been seen for a physical or vaccinations since she was 15 months old, when I have proof that she was there last year for her physical and vaccinations. When I've confronted them about this, their story changes every time which leads me to believe they messed up somewhere and are trying to cover their tracks. We are getting a lawyer and taking them to court. Do not take your kids here!

Like the other two reviews, I felt that he was not listening to me, at all, and when he had his PA give me a note to take to work, it took 3 tries for it to accurately say what was needed by my workplace. I will be looking for a new doctor.

Everything that Tammy S. said is true. The wait is awful especially when they are not busy. The Dr. is usually in his office and takes his time. I don't like when he answers his phone in the middle of patient visitations. I have noticed that he does seem distracted and have felt at times that he is not seriously listening to me. The office does have a high turn over. The East office has ridiculous hours and is not very convenient. I once had appointment on a Thursday. Drove all the way there for it to be closed. There was no courtesy call at all. Had to call the West office & drive all the way there. The new Physician's Assistant does not have a personality and acts as if he doesn't want to be there. Seriously considering a new family Dr.

This Dr. Is a nice enough person, but leaves a lot to be desired as a Dr. Has both appointment and walk ins, this can leave you waiting if a bunch of people come in on walk-in right before you get there, he is not responsive to your concerns, told me on three different occasions that he had run a thyroid test and it was normal, yet when his P.A. did it she said it was almost non-functioning!!! He is often distracted and does not give you his full attention. His office billing is out office and if you have a problem the billing company is impossible to get a hold of. He also tends to mot be able to keep Drs at his practice, and recently the entire staff left his west 21st clinic! Over all, not satisfied with this Dr.
