Dr Fahmi is great. Her Staff does not answer the phone and it’s virtually impossible to get the tests the Dr orders since the Staff either doesn’t fax them to the correct facility or they just don’t fax them at all and you cannot reach the office.

Dr.Fahmi is an awesome doctor! She is very knowledgable about diabetes and thyroid! She has a slight wait time but that's expected when you are dealing with one doctor who has a lot of patients! She explained my diagnosis very well and the office staff is nice as well!

Getting an appointment any sooner then 3 weeks is pulling teeth with this office. And when you do get to your appt, the wait time is horrendous! It's totally ridiculous to have every single appt last about an hour and a half to two hours. More than once I waited in the exam room for over 2 hours! She came in, talked about my labs, changed the dose of my medication and told me to come back in another month. It took her 2 minutes, yet she turns around and charges the highest consultation fee to my insurance. I finally got fed up and I felt like I wasn't getting the best care for my condition so I switched physicians as soon as I could. In short, be warned, Dr Fahmi is only in it for the money. She's selfish and could care less about her patients.

Horrible experience with Dr Fahmi. I saw her a total of 4 times. The first took me 3 1/2 mo to get an appointment as a referral from my doctor. She noticed my thyroid was inflamed and sent me for several test. The follow up appointments she never explained the results of the test and just said, "You will have to have your thyroid removed". No explanation as to why. I got a second option on that. Needless to say, "No surgery needed". I am a type 1 diabetic. Diagnosed 35 yrs ago. Her tactic of dealing with my illness was very unprofessional. My las visit there as Im trying to explain what is wrong and how Im feeling, she would not listen to what I had to say. She kept interrupting me. I asked, "can I finish what Im saying". She stood there and rolled her eyes at me then said, "are you done". When I said yes she said, "now what do you want me to do". I said nothing with that attitude. How can someone help me that doesn't want to listen to what I have to say about how I feel. I walked out… and will never see Dr Fahmi again.

Dr. Fahmi is a good doctor but the wait time is ridiculous. The staff and Dr. Fahmi need to realize that her patients time is valuable as is Dr. Fahmi's time. There is no reason to have to wait over an hour and a half before the doctor sees you and then you have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes before the front office staff checks you out. Please keep in mind that the patients' time is just as valuable as Dr. Fahmi. Perhaps two patients shouldn't be scheduled for the exact time appointment as Dr. Fahmi can only see one patient at a time or schedule the appointments farther apart than 10 to 15 minutes.

She is VERY caring and interested in helping me keep my thyroid balanced. When I had issues with my blood sugar she also monitored me and when I lost weight and my blood sugar problems went away she was as excited as I am. She is wonderful and I am blessed to be her patient!
