Dr Ganem has been my choice for these procedures for many years and is the by far the finest Dr I have experienced in this field. I can't say I will ever look forward to the periodic colonoscopy or the endoscopy, but having Dr Ganem, I have come to not dread them.

This was my second screening colonoscopy, so I was mentally prepared for the procedure. Dr Ganem and the staff at Eagle Gastroenterology were very professional and helpful before and during my procedure. For the most part it was a trouble-free experience and I would recommend Eagle Gastroenterology to anyone looking for these services.

The receptionist at the sign in desk was very pleasant. My wait was not very long at all. The nurses/assistants were helpful and quite nice. They answered any questions that I had. Dr. Ganem was very polite and was clear in his questioning. He was also a good listener. The nurse explained the procedure for the stool sampling quite clear. When I returned the samples, the receptionist again was very pleasant.

Staff was excellent. Dr.Ganem seemed a very serious man however, I was able to make him and nurses laugh. I guess being in the butt business, doesn't allow for much humor. Never even knew procedure was done until they told me. No side effects,nor lingering pain. Not often do I get to describe medical procedure as an absolute pleasure. Great job guys. Thank you!

Staff was friendly, efficient and personable. Dr. Ganem's professionalism and patience made my visit relaxed and less anxious. Never felt rushed or hurried.
