Dr. Salina Bari, DO

After several years with Dr. Bari, I finally fired her. She makes hasty diagnoses without all the information. She said I had kidney disease. I do not. I have complex liver disease. She treated my Psoriasis as ringworm for several years. There are multiple misdiagnoses. At our final visit together, I inquired about ongoing health concerns she discounted over time. Her response to my questions: "I have done nothing wrong". When she left exam room, she turned and said, “You are bipolar and need to get help.”. (That’s quite a bombshell to drop on someone.) I clinically confirmed that I am not bipolar. My times with her were often riddled with shameful and embarrassing comments toward my life, which would regularly make me cry in front of her. She would often berate me about being "noncompliant". What I needed was guidance about Diabetes, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, etc. She compared her patients to her own children, and their lack of discipline. This ended one year… ago. I now have individual care providers for my medical needs who have corrected her misdiagnoses and are now playing catch up with my life. I sincerely believe that her current patients’ charts should be reviewed by her superiors.

The worst doctor that I have ever encountered. Extremely rude. Does not listen to the patient and only talks without understanding what the patient is talking about. I read some bad reviews on another website and I regret I did not believe them. I will definitely change my provider.

Can't give zero stars so she gets 1. She is rude, dismissive & didn't even address any of my concerns in a serious manner. I left my appointment nearly in tears. She was insulting & degrading regarding my concerns. She even went so far as to say my insurance wouldn't cover any tests, even to rule out cancer so she recommend I sit up straight, take Tylenol & do PT for my chronic kidney pain. Horrible, horrible bedside manner. Would never recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Salina is honest and caring. She is one of the best doctors I had in the states so far. She recommended natural solutions to get to the root of my issues. Super thankful that I found her.

She is an incompetent doctor!! I would not trust her to treat a pet rock she’s that bad. I have been having on going stomach issues and today she said it must be that I’m pregnant. She said this first without a blood test, but also I have an IUD so it’s highly unlikely. I am overweight due to treatment from my autoimmune disease and I am seeing a weight management doctor to help lose the weight from the treatment. Anyways the last two times I went to see her all she did was lecture me about my weight and assumed all I do is eat junk food and bad foods. She didn’t even bother to get her facts straight and ask me what I’m eating and know that I’m following the plan that the weight management doctor told me. She also lectured me on taking a lot of medications and that’s because I have an autoimmune disease that SPECIALISTS have prescribed to treat my condition. She is very incompetent and thinks she knows everything just by looking at you. She can’t possibly read the chart on the patient… before she sees you because if she had she would have known why and what doctor was prescribing my medications. Never again will I go back to see her.

Shouldn't even call herself a doctor as she talks before knowing the facts. Told me she would not prescribe me Tramadol as easily as my old doctor did. Then she realized I have arthritis and spinal neuropathy and would require pain pills for the rest of my life. So she fills it late almost everytime leaving me in pain for several days at a time. I definitely will not go back after having her for a doctor.

This doctor is the most horrible doctor I ever met! She asked me my problems and I told her. She told me I could be sued if I drove from a panic attack!!! A freaking panic attack? Are you serious!? What kind of doctor tells someone that! She was extremely rude and talked over me! She isn't knowledge at all when it comes to anxiety!

I have several specialists but no general doctor. She was concocting all kinds of tests and making a referral when already told her had that specialist. Talked over me as though I didn't know my own history. No! Won't go back. I will find a more intelligent general doctor. Seemed like she was using my healthcare coverage to make a buck. Did not feel she cared about me as patient. Beware. You want a doctor who pays attention!
