she pretended to be interested, but was only asking questions prompted to her from her pc. did not examine area of complaint. did not bother to run any tests. questioned why I was at her office as opposed to a specialist ;isn't she a primary care doctor and aren't they your FIRST stop???? told me to return in a month w/o giving me any diagnosis or suggestions

When I first started going to Dr. Ball she was great (several years ago). She has gotten more rushed and seems less caring than previously. Still good but used to be wonderful.

found Dr. Ball to be very sincere and caring. She actually listens and doesn't rush you if you are trying to talk to her. Very no-nonsense, yet makes you feel comfortable with her.Marcus and other staff are exceptionally polite and respectful.

I have found Dr. Ball to be very aggressive in seeking out the root of a problem and very conservative when prescribing drugs.She is personable and caring. I called once with an urgent problem to request an immediate appointment. The office staff said they couldn't get me in for two weeks. Dr. Ball herself called me later that day and arranged a time for me to come in.
