Dr. Sally Richard Shott, MD

She was by far, the most educated and knowledgeable ENT we have seen. She performed two sinus surgeries on our daughter and we will be forever grateful for her help in healing out daughter. Super nice and kind as well so that’s a bonus

I took my son to see her last month and Sally Shott did not give me a chance to ask questions she rudely interrupted me several times and she didn't like when I brought up that my son was allergic to Anesthesia. I switched doctors and now take my child to a different ENT.

Our appointment was schedule through Children's Hospital scheduling department. Dr. Shott was extremely rude immediately upon entering the room. She spoke to us like we were wasting her time, and chastised us for our decisions pertaining to our son. She continually asked questions, but immediately cut us off before we could answer. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my life. She was easily the most rude and disrespectful individual I have encountered in quite a long time. I honestly found myself questioning whether or not she had ears. If so, she sure refused to use them.

I have never in my life met someone with such horriable bedside manner. Took my 3 month old son to see her.
