Listens and understands and takes care of the problems no matter what it takes.

I have had the best care with Dr. Sperbeck. She has always taken her time with me and was very understanding to my needs. She spent time to explain things to me. I am so pleased with my care.

My mother just lost her husband of 55 years and told this dr about it. Mom told about the circumstances and that he's up in heaven etc. This dr said "well if you believe in that" and then went on to tell my mother about how my dad is now a ghost and is all around and she can talk with him at any time. When my mother told her the EMTs said he died peacefully, this dr told her that there was no way for them to know. How uncaring and rude.

Something isn't right in this office. It would be a good thing to have someone check on it. Not one staff member knows what the other one is doing. Something has changed there.

Just visited this so-called "Doctor", with my elderly mother who is having, major memory loss, confusion, fatigue and a myriad of other issues. I was immediately jumped as she barged into the room with..."Of course she has memory loss, she doesn't do anything, what do you expect!", "Of course she's fatigued all the time, she lives alone and is probably depressed,what do you expect!", "of course she's confused, she can't remember anything, what do you expect!" over and over. She knew nothing of my mother's conditions, or medications. She was a complete mess and seemed to me possibly on crack and or cocaine. What I expect is a Doctor who shows understanding and knowledge that is helpful and caring, what "Dr." Sperbeck should expect is one less patient!!!

Dismisses concerns, talk over you, very rude and lies about things she has said to you. Her personal appearance is deplorable. I would never recommend this woman to anyone.

I would NEVER recommend this "person" to anyone. First time going for my husband, we were there over 2hrs. listening to her tell about her life growing up in Saginaw. Which my husband also grew up in Saginaw. No need for that conversation. She recommended sending him to a rhuematologist and a orthopedic surgeon. The second time going she sent ME to Walgreens to get a shot to bring back for them to administer to my husband, mean while they sent him out into the lobby to wait. I sat at Walgreens for 30min. the order was never sent. Mean while I call back to the dr. office only to receive the answering machine telling me "they are closed" WHAT!? So I leave Walgreens without the shot, only to find my husband walking to me because THE DOCTORS OFFICE TOLD HIM HE HAD TO LEAVE, THEY ARE NOW CLOSED!! WHAT THE*#!%. Also, I will ask Santa to bring her a hair brush.

Doctor Sperbeck does take a lot of time with patients but should maybe take a little more time to LISTEN then to jump to conclusions and try to explain things away. She is rather rough when doing a physical exam. Medical assistant is very nice. Front desk person is very cranky. Overall office attitude is that you should accept what you are told, take the meds you are told to take and not ask any questions. Not really the level of care I was hoping for. Follow up with results is often weeks later (even though they receive results usually next day).

Didn't fell like she really care. Didn't cake enough times with patient. And If you make one mistake, yes, JUST ONE and you will be dismissed!
