Dr. Sally Thomas, DO

Dr Thomas is wonderful. I have been going to her office for about 10 years. Her and her staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I recommend her to all my friends looking for a family practice doctor.

Dr. Thomas is the BEST! I have been going to her for years. Just as the other reviews state you never have a long a wait time, and her bad side manner is great. Although she gets you in and out very fast she still listens to EVERYthing you have to say. Even if I am just being dramatic she still listens.

Always gets you in ASAP. Little to no wait. Easy refills, knowledge physician and staff.

I've been seeing Dr. Thomas since 2007. She's always been wonderful. I've never had a problem reaching her. I have had issues with her staff from time to time, but when broght to her attention issues were resoved by her promptly. She's got a great bedside manner and we're the same age which is nice b/c she can relate to things that I'm going through as I get older. I would only caution you to check if the phlebotimist is covered in your insurance plan b/c mine never is and I always get some random bill b/c my insurance didn't cover the blood work, etc.

Located in a nice quiet building, easy access, not too crowded, even on their busy days, the wait is not very long, and the office is quiet, discreet, and clean. Dr. Thomas always takes time to answer questions and talk with you, and not at you. Her staff is very well trained and has always been prompt returning calls and answering any questions I had after leaving the building.

My husband and I could not be more satisfied with the quality of care we receive from Dr. Sally Thomas. Her staff is very courteous and helpful when we have had to call, and when in the office.

The office staff is awful and unable to even take a correct message. You NEVER hear back from doctor and have to call multiple times about one thing.

After several days of calling and leaving messages without any return calls, I have just fired Dr. Thomas. Staff is basically a bunch of second rate rejects. Dr. Thomas please wake up!

I think it's really sad that people get in here and write terrible reviews about Dr. Thomas. I believe a lot of it stems from the situation in which she acquired her practice. I too was a patient of the previous doctor and have gone to see him in his new location. But I have also given Dr. Thomas a chance and I really like her. She is very soft spoken, easy to talk to, and makes me feel comfortable when I go to see her. If I ever have to wait, she is always very apologetic. She has a wonderful bedside manner, so my daughter has been comfortable discussing things with her that she would not normally. The staff has always been friendly, never rude. I honestly think because Dr. Thomas is a young, attractive woman, she gets unfairly bashed in these reviews. After seeing her for years, I have no reason to doubt her abilities and have experienced nothing negative like others have posted here.

The staff are rude and do not call you back. I am fed up with Dr Thomas and her staff. It is difficult to find a new doctor. All my experience with any of the doctors and staff has been negative.
