Dr. Salman Javed

I have never come across a worse dentist than Dr. Salman Javed. Stay away from this crook. He is not even man enough to speak with his patients directly when they are suffering. He hides behind his receptionists to deal with patients who are in distress and need his help. He will leave you high and dry in the middle of the treatment that he was suppose to perform. It has been such a big waste for time and money dealing with him and his staff. They are most the unethical practitioners in this area. There are many excellent dentists in the Wheaton area. Avoid this unscrupulous practitioner at all costs. Dr. Salman Javed has zero principles.

Terrible. I’ve had multiple unpleasant experiences with Dr. Javed but today was the worst of them all. I went in to have a treatment done that he claimed 4 days ago would be done at no expense to me. I drove to the office and he told me he was wrong so I would have to pay. He gave me some attitude when trying to explain why. I asked why I wasn’t notified about the change beforehand or why he didn’t check my X-rays to confirm what I needed when I was there a couple days ago instead of assuming which tooth needed work done. I told him I felt he was giving me attitude, then he put his finger in my face and got very close to me and said that I’m the one giving him attitude. I told him he was being unprofessional to which he replied “okay whatever dude!” And he stormed out of the room. He is the most unprofessional dentist I’ve ever met. Obviously I’m never going back to his office - Shining Smiles in Wheaton, IL. I do NOT recommend him to anyone.
