Dr. Saloum Cisse, MD

Arrived at 12:50 as a new patient to see this provider walk across the street to the Raymond courthouse. I sat in an exam room after an hour in the waiting room for another 2 hours for a 7 minute visit with him as he walked in at 3:15 and said that he was at the courthouse. I was in my car at 3:40 on my way home. He wanted a follow up visit and I requested a virtual visit since this one was a waste. Then discovered he had called a medicine in that he didn’t tell me about. As I looked it up he even had the wrong dose it which if I had taken it it would have done harm to me as I wouldn’t be able to function. During the telehealth call I questioned him about it and the long wait time as he was 45 minutes late in this visit and he was livid. He told me that he spends as much time with other patients that he needs to and wouldn’t see me at the scheduled appointment time.. I reminded him about his visit to the courthouse on my first new patient visit with him and the conversation turned. He… said,”I don’t have time for this”, and he hung up on me!! (when he just got through telling me that he spends as much time with his patients that he can.) Stay away

Flirts with women asking them to lunch etc.

Dr. Cisse is the epitome of what a caring physician should be. Very caring person who shows concern and respect for each patient.

Dr. Cisse is very professional, takes time to explain test and ranges so that you are understanding your health. Phone calls are not returned promptly but office interaction and treatment were great. I would recommend this physician.

1. COURTESY/PROFESSIONALISM: Dr. Cisse and Ms. Nina are very personable. Mrs. Elva,the receptionist, is ALWAYS very, very, rude; in person and by phone. She is never forthcoming with information, lacks common courtesy & professionalism and seems NOT to be a caring person. That's very bad for existing business and will result in losing current patients and drastically affect referrals negatively.2. WAIT TIME: is usually to long even with an appointment (1-2.5 hrs) Walk-ins are accepted but the wait rediculously long...4+ hrs3. APPOINTMENTS: that are condusive to your personal time are usually given at a greater distance out...apprx 4wks-5wks wait.4. APPOINTMENTS: that are given at the office's convienience are 2-3wks wait.

Dr Cisse is one of the finest doctor's there is. He spends time and is very thourough. But, the lady at the front desk is rude in person and even worse on the phone.

Dr. Cisse is very caring and willing to spend as much time with you as needed. His nurses are efficient and caring as well BUT the lady at the front desk is VERY rude.

Dr. Cisse is fine but the staff is rude and has poor people skills.

This rating is not about Dr. Cisse but about his assistant, Elva. In my dealings with her I have found her to be rude, impatient and insensitive to patient's and has very poor telephone manners.

Cisse's skills as a doctor are fine, but his staff could use a lesson on customer service. If you go to the doctor with your complain, he will only provide excuses for their behavior. I know that this may seem like gripes about the staff, but let's face it, the majority of any office visit will be impacted by them. And if your already sick the last thing you need is unnecessary aggravation.
