Dr. Sam Joseph Borrelli, MD

Good day I have been a patient of Dr. Borrelli for many years , he has been professional, caring , compassionate , and thorough . It will be a sad day when Dr . Borrelli retires . He has been a hero to our family . A doctor who goes above and beyond for his patients .

Dr Borrelli has been our family Dr for more than 20 years. He has always gone above and beyond to see that our family gets his best care.

Dedicated and we have been one of his first Elkhart patients.

Dr Borrelli is a good doctor. ALways listens and takes time with his patients. I wonder if he has any knowledge of how rude and not caring his staff is?? He was my dr for 6 years untill Obama Care came along & makes you choose a doctor in their network. Dr Borrelli was not in the network so I had to have my records sent to another dr. Never went to the new dr or even seen him. After 6 months I called dr Borrellis office for an appointment.At first she argued with me & said I had my records transfered so I couldnt make an appointment. My husband explained to her that I had to switch because of Obama Care & I was now on Medicare & wanted to see Dr Borrelli. She finally made me an appoionment but made me wait 6 weeks to get in. The night before my appointment I got a phone call from one of the staff asking me who made me an appointment? I said " I didnt ask her name" she said well your not allowed to come back to dr Borrelli since you had your records transfered to another doctor!! HUH??… What does that have to do with anything? Since when does his staff CHOOSe who can be his patient & who cannot. Why in the world did she wait 6 weeks to call me the day before my appointment. I always liked dr Borrelli & always paid my bill with cash as I had no insurance utill Obama Care came out. I would NEVER have had my records transfered if I had known once you leave you can NEVER go back & have him as your doctor!! Because of Obama Care & a staff member that is rude & uncaring I now have NO doctor. Where am I supposed to go? Its hard enough to find a doctor who you like & trust then to be told by a staff member "YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO COME BACK" I just am at a loss for words. I have never heard of such a thing.

Dr. Borrelli has seen numerous members of my family for many reasons , including breast cancer . M.S., and many other health issues . Dr. Borrelli is top notch . If people are not happy with their experience at his office , I question their expectations .

Not now Borelli' interest has turned from trying to help people to how much money he can make. He may as well take a match to the so called diploma he has. His most important thing now is to get rid of all medicare patients! You tell him something and if you are not paying him enough money he forgets it!!

Dr. Borrelli was recommended to my by an older gentleman, and he seems to work well with older men. As a young woman, he would only ever test me for mono. He never listened to my symptoms, and when the test said it wasn't mono, he just stopped investigating or gave me sample pills. I hate pills. The staff is terrible. They are rude. They make appointments for the wrong days. They don't update their files (I've asked them to fix my contact info three times).

Have had 3 visits with Dr. Borrelli and have actually been with the doctor for about 11 minutes total. On my first visit he asked no questions about family history, and didn't bother to ask about what my symptoms were or what I was feeling. Went strictly by the bubnle test results. Came highly recommended. Quite disappointed.

I really like Dr Borrelli, however I can't say the same of his nursing & office staff. They are very rude & aggressive. NOT CARING one bit or helpful. I just got this doctor, I'm so dissapointed..:-(
