Dr. Salvatore Santo Lauria, MD

Dr. Lauria appeared engaged and professional. However, absolutely zero direct follow up from the doctor. The assistant has called 3 times (after repeated requests), with conflicting information, to relay diagnoses and the need for a potentially permanent prescription. She was not equipped to answer my questions nor should she be expected to be. None of my doctors have received the notes or test results despite repeated requests by them and by me. I went in over a month ago with serious concerns. It's next to impossible to get through by phone and when you do, you can pretty much be sure something will get messed up. This is a cardiology practice. Accuracy and follow-up are critical. You won't get that here.

Dr. Lauria learns about and is interested in the patient's specific situation, and considers different solutions/needs. He keeps up with current medical info and is flexible. Great doctor, one of the best I have encountered.

Dr. Lauria is great Cardiologist. He is genially concerned for his patients and their well being. I would recommend him to everyone. His concern extends to all aspects of his patients and is inclusive of their family and future.
