A few years back I broke my nose. I received a referral to see Dr. Parcella. He spent time explaining what he could do to repair my nose. The best decision I made was to go through with surgery. I woke up breathing clearly and having no pain or bruises. Dr. Parcella is an amazing doctor. I have already recommended a friend to see him .

Dr. Pacella and his entire team delivered the highest quality of care with understanding and sensitivity. Each person we encountered (front desk, nursing staff and Dr. Pacella himself) was professional, knowledgeable, kind and thorough. They outlined various outcomes and answered each of my questions completely. It is with gratitude that I recommend Dr. Pacella and his team.

Dr. Pacella did a wonderful job with my breast reconstruction. After my tissue was damaged from radiation and I was very uncomfortable, unable to do many athletic activities without discomfort, I consulted with Dr. Pacella and his staff for this scary but necessary surgery. The end result was beautiful and helped me to return to feeling normal again. Dr. Pacella and his staff was very caring and responsive with follow up care. As has been my whole experience through my breast cancer ordeal, the Scripps team has made me feel very well cared for and that my health was their number one priority. Dr. Pacella continued this experience and I would highly recommend him for breast cancer related surgery, or any breast augmentation surgery.

Dr. Pacella perform plastic surgery on my face – specifically to follow up Mohs surgery on my nose. He had to bring a derm flap of skin from my forehead down to my nose to repair the damage to my nose and return it to a normal appearance. I was both horrified and terrified by the prospect of how that would be done and what the end result would be. Dr. Pacella was both detailed in describing the process and reassuring that the end result would be most satisfactory to me. He was also direct and honest about the two month process it would take to complete all aspects of the the plastic surgery. He and his incredibly skilled and compassionate staff at both of his office locations were amazing - and so were the results! He deserves every bit of his reputation as one of - if not the best - plastic surgeon in the country.

I had a small chest since I was a teenager. It really bothered me living in a beach community. I have a friend who had breast surgery with him so I decided to check it out. I thought his approach was welcoming, not in your face. He walked me through the right choice of implant for my frame. I am about 3 months after surgery...they are nothing short of spectacular!!

Dr. Pacella did extensive reconstruction on my face after large melanoma surgery removal. It took a few surgeries and his superb talent as a surgeon to get my face and eye back in order. He is a kind and caring physician and an artist to be able to see ahead to the healing and the outcomes it will produce. His office staff are also just as kind and caring and became like family to me. I can't thank Dr. Pacella and his staff enough for being with me through this cancer journey.

Dr. Pacella is excellent. I am thrilled with the outcome of my procedures and can't thank him enough. I was 77 when I had this done and recovery was slow because of my age, but the good doctor walked me through each month's of recovery and I love the outcome. Word of advice, if your thinking of plastic surgery do it sooner then later in life but get it done by Dr. Pacella. I feel great!!!! Bev D.

After years of debate, I finally decided to have a neck lift. I selected Dr. Pacella and am so excited about my results. During my consultation Dr. Pacella recommended a lower facelift since I was already going to have work done on my neck. Dr. Pacella and his staff were always very professional, good listeners addressing my concerns in detail and very personable. Although the first week was tough, knowing the results now, I would do it again without hesitation. The results are outstanding. I recently retired and about six months after my surgery I had lunch with former co-workers. My friends stated that retirement really agreed with me and that I looked younger. I just laughed and told them “thank you”. It told me that they couldn’t tell that I had any work done and that I look like myself, just younger. It’s been about 8 months and I’m still noticing slight improvements. It is one of the best decisions I ever made!
