If you're looking for a friendly staff and an empathetic doctor who knows who you are and responds to your calls, find a different doctor. Very long waits in office, same-day appts are rare, unprofessional staff and pretty much an uncaring physician, though his outgoing personality gives you a different impression. My elderly parent fell off his exam table while his back was turned and hurt her hip although he knew she had dementia; he also "forgot" my father had died recently and asked my brother "how's your dad doing?" the next time he went in for an appt, with my mom in the room. No follow-up and impossible to contact when you want answers over the phone.

Dr. P is such a kind and caring doctor! He always spends as much time as I need during my appointments. He listens to my health questions and concerns, and truly helps to resolve them.

Waiting time is consistently between 1 and 3 hours (one hour if you're lucky.) My experience with Dr. Pasquale's demeanor is completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

Doctor Pasquale is lovely. But the team he has around him brings down the whole office. And for whatever reason he refuses to do anything about them. I saw him Tuesday, he says we’ll send the Rxs over. It’s Friday. Nothing. I called them, I emailed through the portal. Now I have to hunt them down again on Monday. I’ll run out this weekend. Do they care? Is that the way medication is supposed to be taken? I thought we were supposed to be consistent? And this is EVERY time I need to refill. Everyone has a puss on. I get it, they’re busy, but we all work hard. I’m looking for new practice. It’s just too much hassle.

Long overdue. I was a patient of Dr. Pasquale's for many years, several years ago, until I moved out of the area. Sadly haven't encountered since a doctor with not only a wealth of knowledge and professionalism, but a loving, compassionate heart as well as trustworthy! He was there for myself & my children when my late husband took I'll many years ago, & when he passed away. My older daughter still commutes from N.J. to see him. I might be returning to area with my new husband & hope to use his practice again.

The office staff- nurses, med techs are great, Doctors are Great, the lady that takes the calls and makes appointments on a regular basis is HORRIBLE, no smile, nasty, always looks like she's in a bad mood, she is the only negative to the office, and if they read this review, they know whom she is

Seek another office!! this is not a professional team!! I've called over three weeks ago twice, regarding blood work, my brother never got results from a test (he even went back and they were too busy and never called him) and its been 5 days and they still have not called in a prescription. The staff is rude, very rude and usually busy. Yes Im looking into another office.

very caring, compassionate doctor. excellent. the only one who could diagnose my problem.
