Dr. Vella has been my Primary Care Physician for the past 2 years. He is a great listener who knows his medicine. Easy to talk to and very down to earth. He saw things, like a small hand tremor, that I hadn't noticed and assured I was examined by a specialist. When I am seen by his staff for commonplace ills and injuries, I always receive the top notch care. His PA and Nurses are the best. I always feel like I'm in good hands with his practice. BRD

Dr. Vella is a nice enough person but his staff is completely incompetent, arrogant, and downright rude. What was perceived on their end as push back to the set of recommendations they were making for me, resulted in the doctor dismissing me from their practice. I don't think they like to hear second opinions. Something I have just absolutely never heard of. Based on my experience, expect this doctor to simply quit on you or pawn you off to someone else. Jack of all trades just not qualified well in any one area of expertise.
