Dr. Sam Arasoghli, MD

Unprofessional Physician with 0 bedside manner and a disrespect for the patient and family. He didn't listen a word my husband said and actually told him he was feeling better when he wasn't. When I mentioned that my husband is NOT feeling better, he told me to let my husband speak for himself. I am his advocate and this was absolutely unprofessional of him. We left with nothing resolved, no treatment and only a referral for another specialist which is what he is supposed to be. We asked for a PT referral 3 times and he would not give it us. Waste of two hours of our time. Never would recommend him, Awful

Don't waste your time. Dr. was extremely rude and dismissive, and his office staff are just as bad... 1. Dr. called my wife by the wrong name. She kindly corrected him. He ignored her and kept calling her the wrong name. He then said, "Well, whatever you want to call yourself." 2. My wife has been dealing with extreme pain and issues for 8 weeks, many urgent care and ER visits, and no one has figured out the cause yet. When he came in, we tried to explain what was going on and what she was experiencing, and he cut us off and said: "I'm the doctor, I don't care what anyone else has said, I'll decide what the issue is." He then ignored us and would talk at us the rest of the visit, so we just kept our mouths shut. 3. We tried to tell him she was very tender and in pain, and he ignored us. When he stuck a scope in my wife's ear, she winced. He said, "I'm just looking, relax." She tried to explain that it hurt, but he just ignored her and repeated,"I'm just looking." 4. … He told us he needed a copy of her CT scan from the ER. No problem, we told him we would bring it by later today. He told us that the front desk would help us order a copy of the CT and set an appointment. However, the front desk said that we were on our own, and they refused to set a follow-up appointment until after they get a copy of the CT. 5. I told the front desk I'd be dropping off a copy of the CT today. After arguing a bit, they finally agreed to set her a follow-up appointment. Fine, sure - so we left and went to the hospital to get a copy of the CT tests. 6. We then came back, and the staff refused to take the records. They first said, "The hospital will send them over." Then, after I asked a different staff member, I was told the Dr. no longer needed the scan but would review the day of her follow-up. These are the exact same people I spoke to 2 hours previously when we worked out us bringing the CT results today. At the end of everything, they REFUSED to accept the CT report/results. We are NOT going back, and we will make sure that every person we know is aware of how awful Dr. Sam Arasoghli and Chapparral Medical Group is. Rude, dismissive, bad staff, don't waste your time.

checked my ear gave me antibiotics and steroids the first visit, told me to come back if it didn't work, so I did, then he checked my ear and said there was nothing he could do, I asked if a hearing aid would help and he said maybe, then he told me to see another specialist I felt like he didn't want to deal with me because I was an HMO-------He left me hanging with no answers. the rest of the staff was great!!! said he would fax my report to my primary doc, had to get my doc to ask for the fax.

I have never reviewed a doctor but I had such a negative experience with doctor Arasoghli that when I left his office I cried in my car. Extremely awful experience. His staff is pleasant and professional I would give them a good review but the doctor doesn't even deserve a "poor" rating.

The very first visit with this doctor, I overheard him talking badly about a patient while I was sitting in the waiting room. Once it was my turn, I sat with him- he looked at my tonsils and agreed for surgery. However, I wanted to ask and additional question regarding some issues I have been having with my throat and he completely cut me off and disregarded my question. He is very rude and has horrible bed side manner, not to mention he is not thorough in his directions. He handed me a slip that said "clearance for surgery" so I was under the assumption that I was cleared. He did not elaborate that I needed to make an appointment with my primary care and have multiple labs and exams done, before she can clear me. As you can imagine it turned into a huge mess, considering that the day before my schedule surgery with them (that I had already requested time off of work for) - the office called me and told me that I need clearance or else my surgery would be cancelled. (THE DAY BEFORE MY… SURGERY) When I came into my pre-op appointment anyway, he left the room and didn't close the door all the way, and I could hear him bad mouthing me in the hallway to his staff. A few minutes later, he came back and completely switch up his attitude.. In which I assume that he looked in my chart and realized that I was an employee with the company he is contracted with. His behavior was completely unacceptable. I can only imagine the way he treats the rest of his patients.

Biggest Ahole Ive ever been to. Needs to have his licsense revolked. 5 months ago I developed an ear infection and the eardrum perforated. His solution is to do nothing so it can keep getting infected. Said he didnt feel comfortable doing surgery . Worthless copay collector. Needs to go bacl to the Middle East . Nobody likes this clown

I am glad I am not the only one with worst experience ever,what is wrong with the doctors??? rude,mean,discourteus,bad manners.i am a senior i was there last week.i wait 2 months for the reference to see this doctor.he spend 5 minutes did not respond any of my questions for hearing problems.he walk away from the room left us with the nurse who answer some questions and never come back..he did not show any interest at all only in receiving a payment.

My daughter and I met with the Dr and were NOT impressed. Not only did we have to wait 30 minutes in the outer office, but an additional 10 in the inside office. I am a professional person and it irritates me when my time is not valued as the Dr's time seems to be. But the real problem was that the Dr has poor interpersonal skills (bedside manner), treated us rather rudely and was not able/did not answer our questions fully. When a Dr who's going to perform any kind of surgery on you doesn't make you feel comfortable or confident about him or the procedure at hand, you should get out of there--and we did! We both left feeling like there would be NO WAY we'd have him perform any surgery on either of us!

I've been a patient of Dr. Arasoghli for quite a few years. I go when I need specialized care with sinus issues. He's always treated me well and prescribed meds that help my situation.

I've been going to Dr. Arasoghli for various ear and sinus issues for approximately 34 years and I highly recommend him. He's an excellent, qualified Dr. and has helped me tremendously over the years. He has a very concerned, caring demeanor and is very polite and respectful. Never had any problems with his staff.
