Dr. Sam T Bebawy, MD

My initial experience with Dr Bebawy was over 20+ years ago. He was extremely helpful and reassuring. My problem was solved and I did not need more treatment. Now I am seeing him again and I find him very caring and exacting in his examination and questioning. He spent time with me and gave clear understandable directions .

A patientfo several years, suffering from now diagnosed major disease he misssed Dr would not see me in office OR even in local hospital while i was admitted. Never returrned phone calls. Dr Mansour, his partner, followed up.

Dr Bebawy is a great doctor. He takes the time to listen to his patients, never rushing you out of the office. Very kind and caring

Never felt so much care with a Doctor. I really recommend him. I went for Sleep Medicine. But I'm considering making him my Internist.

Office staff is the worst I have ever seen. Very rude and unprofessional. Doctor was great but he should FIRE his entire staff!

Dr Bebawy is always patient and caring at the time of your visit however if you call and ask for a return call for a question or problem, good luck with getting a return call. Dr is knowledgable and seems genuinely concerned about his patients however he is too busy to fully address patient needs . His front office staff can be pretty abrasive and unaware that people who come in are already not feeling well.

The doctor takes the time to explain everything and to answer any questions you might have, he shows such true concern about your well being. Even though he has many patients he makes you feel like you are his only priority and will do what ever it takes to keep you healthy. I recently had lung cancer and because of Dr.Bebawy's precautionary measure,s I am cancer free today. He just a very caring person, very mild and very patient. I have been his patient for over 20 years and my mother even longer as she is 91 years old. Good doctor's like him are hard to find so when you do find one you don't let go.

HAS NO CONSIDERATION ON PATIENT PAIN,HE ALL WAYS PASSES YOU OFF TO ANOTHER DOCTOR!!!!!!

In my opinion Dr Bebawy is fantastic. I have been seeing him since 1995 after he was called in by the ER staff at Bayshore hospital where he literally saved my life. I have since moved out of the area but continue using him as my doctor (it is worth the 45 minute travel time to see him). I have also recommended him to others who also agree with my assessment.Dr Bebawy is caring, listens well & is up to date of the latest medical and pharmacological studies. If you have a problem and need to speak with someone in the office you may have to leave a message but they will always get back to you within a resonable amount of time.In my experience wait time is about average for a doctors office and less than for most specialist. Front office staff can sometimes seem a bit disconnected or abrasive to some but it is usually because their care volume is high (the office mananges another doctor who is also very nice as well as pulumonary testing and hospital scheduling). Nursing staff is very… good there as well.I highly recommend this office.
