If I could leave less Stars, I would. Me and my husband went to this dentist for a handful of years. They would wait 6 months to a year to send us more bills, claiming that our insurance didn't cover certain things. The last straw was when we both went in for cleanings and we were told that we had multiple cavities each. Neither of us have had cavities in 15 or 20 years, at minimum. We went and got a second opinion, where we discovered we had no cavities each. So on top of insurance fraud and billing insurance for things that aren't necessary or that they did not do, they're also telling people that they need dental work done that is not necessary. Just another scammer. I'm sure they are making much more money off of the older generation in the area who doesn't care to get a second opinion because they trust someone they've been seeing for so long.

Waited for three months for an appointment, received a confirmation text message, get there today, not on the list. I just get a "sorry about that, not sure what happened, we'll get back to you in a week or so with a new appointment". Terrible. A child with a cavity and taken out of school for the appointment, uhhg. Moving family to a new dentist!

If anyone is looking for a dentist, avoid Dr. English in Williamsburg and West Point. I have been having issues with a billing problem that they admitted was their mistake 6 months ago. They won't call me back no matter how many messages I leave them and actually went to the office twice in the last month trying to get this resolved. They said they would get back to me 2 weeks ago and Saturday I got notified they sent me to collections. I called today and asked to speak with Dr. English himself and was told by a lady in his office that he never calls anyone back so good luck. What a way to run a business!

Time and time again I have had issues with this organization. From billing to work that wasn't noted properly in my records to dealing with my HSA and the bills they send me. I ordered dental pieces for my mouth and now almost two weeks overdue. They don't return calls as they promise. SUBPAR is being generous. They have no ETA they just tell me "oooh the big boss is working on it." Oh and there is no one you can reach who can handle resolving an issue. Things happen I get that but they dont take the minimum steps to resolve. In additon to posting here I think I will report them to the Better Business Bureau as I paid them but am currently without the product I paid for.

Stay far, far away from this practice. In two years, I never saw the same dentist twice, and they recommended a filling for a cavity that my current dentist cannot find.

This is the most unorganized dental practice that I have ever been to. The lack of customer service that these people have amaze me and I am not the only patient to feel that. A dentist who physically hurt me because he was in a hurry, charging me a missed appointment because "they said" I agreed to the appointment which was false. I had told them several times that i was no longer going to them that I had already been to someone else. Quite a few years ago, this practice was ok. It has become a joke. What a disappointment. The only one I can give any kind of respect to is one of the hygienist who worked there but ended up going to the CH office. She had a real southern accent. She was awesome. Other than her, this office needs an overhaul and some customer service training. It took a complaint for them to even recognize the issue with the dentist who hurt me during my visit. I spoke with the "office manager", needless to say she had an attitude, I asked her why they charged me, she… said because someone said you confirmed an appt. I said no, i told her i was going elsewhere. She said, thats how we manage things. They call and you confirm. I work in customer service for the military and I can tell you this is NOT the way to handle things. You are continually losing patients, as I am seeing now and continue doing business like this you will lose plenty more.

Worst Dentist Office. they rude and don't care about People

Talked to the receptionist only. Nurse came in looked at my teeth then left. Never saw DR. English, so I came home and will NEVER go back....

I would not tell my worst enemy to go here! I only wish I had asked someone before I went to them. I definitely would have picked the other dentist in Montpelier. They do not always the materials that they need. It is absolutely ridiculous ??

Would not recommend even under an emergency
