Dr. Sam Moses Nourani, MD

I like Dr. Nourani, I do, but when you’re having an issue that you want to prevent turning into something life threatening, it’s important to have the time and staff to be able to even respond like you’re interested. After days of chasing them, for them to respond to the main switchboard to respond to me “we’re working on it” is annoying and meaningless. My new doctor Dr. Nachiondo, couldn’t have been more generous with his time and attention, and honestly that’s exactly what healthcare is all about. And his staff returns calls and maintained a dialog to get me in as soon as possible. Dr. Nourani may be well liked, but you’re doing yourself and your health a disservice by using a doctor who is unable to service his existing client base. It’s not personal. Just thought I should warn people who are in need of attentive medical supervision and care.

He's not your typical doctor. He wanted me to understand why I was feeling they way I was. He spend a lot of time educating me. He didn't want to prescribe medications and expected me to make changes. It was tough to make them but I am so fortunate to have been under his care. Took me off medications, educated me about nutrition, and reversed my disease process. Does anyone actually cure patients anymore? This doctor does. Thank you so much Dr. Nourani.

I had been to DHA and I was seen by Dr Nourani. He's an amazing person to talk to and he explained me the plan of care in great detail. He's one of the professors at the university and is the only one who does several advanced procedures in Reno. He not only treats you but educates you to prevent future health issues. Dr. Nourani is one of the most thoughtful and caring doctors I've ever been lucky enough to have diagnose a problem with my health. He truly went above and beyond anything I've experienced. Dr. Nourani was able to diagnose and treat a problem that several others failed to do.
