Office staff was terrible. He did not appear to value patient.

It is the worst experience of visiting. He did not have any patience to the patient and his attitude was very rude. I will not recommend him to others

Dr. Peng has a very good bedside manner. He is very caring, understanding, and thorough. He takes time to answer my questions, go over any concerns I may have and makes sure I understand any or all instructions that I may have to follow. He is always smiling and takes his job seriously.

Just stay away...The staff sucks along with the Doctor. He just wants to write prescription. I told him I don't want to take the meds anymore because of all the side effects I was having he got mad and said he can't help me if I don't take medication. Are you slow, it's making me worse. Don't trust....

The worst Dr ever. He does not listen to what his patient has to say, he acts like you are wasting his time. He gets loud with you, you can't even explain anything to him without him interrupting you. You wait forever then as soon as he comes in the room he is gone. please PLEASE do not come to this place...

Although Dr. Peng handled my Mother's care with competency and good bedside manners, I suspect he suffers from a less than involved and circumspect staff. Communication and follow up notifications from the staff were horrible.

I am just leaving his office after waiting for every. The staff claim they left a message on my phone about new address which they didn't. And don't get me started with Dr. Peng, he must be having a bad day because he didn't listen to nothing he kept interrupting me, I couldn't get a sentence in. He got mad when I told him I stop taking the medication because of chest pain. He was like well I don't know what you want me to do. I am thinking hum figure out why I ha e chest pain. Then when I was telling him about my knee he immediately want to give me a shot in my knee. Who does that? Then I just shook my head and he got up and said that maybe I should fine another Dr. I said your right because I pay you you don't pay me and then he said I can't be Herr with u all day I said no one asked u to but your not going to rush me. This Dr is a joke....please do not go to him.. He does not care about you... It's all about the money...... He is very rude no respect at all.

Do not use this doctor. He is terrible and doesn't know what he is doing. His staff is ignorant and should be fired. So rude!!! Also, he moved from a great location and building to a dump, what was he thinking? Now we have to get back in car for tests and food while my husband waits. I'm searching for a new doc, this practice should be avoided.

Terrible experience . Doctor was rude and didn't know what he was doing. Worst part was his staff, especially Beverly, she should be fired. I will never return. She was so nasty. What a pig!! Will never return.
