An excellent doctor.

my mom loved him and I love him. he is caring and knows his business. He has moved his practice downtown but if you contact this info they can connect you.

He takes the time to call us in evening with information regarding our health. He is the most sincere and caring doctor I have ever had. He also appears to be the brightest. I have had several doctors and have a few specialists... what others have missed he has solved.

Dr. Taagen treats his patients as though they were loved family members .and he does it with unmatched knowledge .He listens , is a partner with his patients ,all in all , everything you could ask for in a Doctor .

I was very disappointed in Dr. Taagen and eventually changed doctors. His demeanor is one of extreme compassion and understanding, but I found that he concentrates on his own agenda rather than listening to my problems. I feel like he's trying to fill up air space by talking about things even though I didn't ask about them (eg. swine flu, ovarian cancer tests-both of which I never brought up), and then forgets about the reason I came to see him. I had to stop him from leaving the room once (my 10 minutes must have been up because he spent the entire time talking about something I had no interest in)to remind him of the reason I was there. Some years later I had a rather serious heart problem requiring either surgery or another type of intervention and he suggested he'd get the other doctor's records so we could review them and decide the best way to proceed. He never followed through with it. I think Dr. Taagen is a very nice person and conventiently located for me, so I… hesitated changing doctors. But after speaking with a friend of mine I discovered she also had been a patient of his and felt exactly the same way; so I too decided to change doctors.

Dr. Taagen is a wonderful doctor. He has good intuition in his diagnosis. He is kind and very attentive. He is brilliant and very trustworthy.

Dr. Taagen is well known for his relaxed and caring bedside manner. I never feel rushed or silly for asking questions and he is always interested in your mental health as with your physical health. My wife and her friend also go to him they both feel the same way. He has a great memory and always remembers you even if you haven't seen him in over a year. I can not rate him highly enough.
