She completed her residency in anesthesia and further fellowship training in interventional pain management at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, where she developed a profound respect for human physiology in action. After her fellowship conference in Regenerative Medicine, Dr. Neuwirth realized that there was an opportunity for this technology to bring and enhance the joy in her patients’ lives and relationships, and SPARC was born.
