We've only seen this physician once since we've been coming, she is always very thorough and very direct. She answers all our questions and gets the job done!

I only schedule my daughters appointments with Dr pollard she's so kind and relatable to.

We love Dr. Pollard but incredibly disappointed at the fact that the care cannot be continued due to personal discretions regarding vaccines. ETCH's policy regarding vaccination is asinine in the fact of putting a policy over patient care and the wishes and concerns of parents. It truly showcases that the patients are merely a number on a piece of paper instead of human beings that are genuinely concerned for their wellbeing. The prejudice that ensues vaccination status determining whether a patient can be cared for or not only applies to a pediatrician office but does not matter in a hospital setting or in a family practice setting. This experience has opened our eyes to see what ETCH truly stands for and that is only a dollar amount. Dr. Pollard was amazing but ETCH policy is an embarrassing representation for patient care.
