Dr. Sham was and always awesome she explained everything to me very well and made sure I understood my situation she's the best

Dr. Shams truly goes above and beyond for her patients. During my appointment she explained everything very thoroughly and there was always room for questions. She went out of her way to find a doctor closer to me. Both Dr. Shams and her staff are exceptional, caring, and efficient.

I've been seeing Dr. Shams for several years. She is knowledgeable and always answers my questions. I don't know if it's the fault of the practice, but she routinely keeps me waiting about 45 minutes. I always have a book with me.

Dr. Shams provided me with excellent care during my cancer treatments and continues to provide excellent follow-up care. Appointments are easy to make. She explains things clearly and takes an interest in my personal wellbeing.

Unfortunately I did not have a positive visit with Dr. Shams. I found it confusing and it felt a bit dismissive of concerns. Perhaps just a byproduct of a late in the day end of the week appointment but it felt rushed, that she was not familiar with my file, and it was not as helpful as I would have hoped.

My visits were mostly short, but within that time I realized how thorough and caring Dr.Shams is. She made sure I understood all of it and referred me to those who could possibly assist in other ways. Her follow up and follow through procedures are top of the line. I felt like someone was actually listening and trying to help. Need more doctors like that.
