There are other options rather than putting a patient on steroid pills for the rest of their life. Go to someone who will provide info on Supplements, and compounded cream and diet among others to address this silent disease, I hope she reads this and other doctors as well. I am really tired of MD's scaring people away from more natural remedies. I hope this helps at least one person reading this....

Front desk staff, Ash to be precise is very unprofessional and rude. They will delete your appointment on the whim the night before and lie that they did not. The Dr. will concur with the lies. Stay away from them. They are quacks!!!!

She has the rudest stuff employed who lies to you and charges you money for their mistakes

So impressed! Dr. Basani saw me so quickly, and she took a lot of time to talk with me, find out my history, discuss my options, and explain my lab results to me. She is excellent at explaining complicated medical jargon in a way that is easy to follow and understand. She really spends the time needed to co-create in an informed way with her patients. Her office staff is fantastic, personable, and organized. I didn’t have to wait, and they were the only endocrinologist office in the Dallas area that would even call me back. And I’m glad because I wouldn’t have wanted any other doctor!
