Excellent doctor and staff

I have been coming to this office for a few years and I’m finding it’s getting worse and worse with each visit. The doctor and the nurse practitioner are ok but it’s the whole process before you get them requires a lot of work. The staff and the people that answer the phones need to do a better job. I originally made an appointment because I wasn’t feeling well and I was told there were not any appointments available for 3 weeks, at first I was told only virtual was available but then told since I haven’t been to the office this year I can’t do virtual. The day of my appointment I was planning on going to the office I received a call from the office to collect a copay for a virtual visit. I told the person on the phone that it was suppose to be a in-person visit since I did have a office visit in a year. She insisted it was virtual and that I needed to pay my $20 copay or a $50 cancellation fee. Insane!!!! I asked to speak to an office manager in which that point she rescheduled me for… a in person visit for a few weeks later. On the day of my doctors appointment I wasn’t even sure if the office was open no one ever called to confirm the appointment and when you call the office the phone just rings you can choose to leave a message but no one calls you back. It’s ironic because the don’t call you to confirm but charge you $50 if you cancel your appointmentThis office seems very overwhelmed and should maybe stick with the patients they already have and not take on new patients. I wish the doctors had a mangement company that could make things better organized for the patients. I had my yearly physical and it was no more than 5 minutes that was spent with me. All the care about at this office is copay’s and getting your money. I need a 2 page form filled out and they wanted to charge $150 to fill out a form that takes 5 minutes they are money hungry in this office. They need to invest in some new office furniture.

Horrible,horrible! NO patient care at all is just about money, charging for reading lab test over the phone every 3 weeks using the pandemic excuse to don`t have to see patients in person but still charging for a phone call "appointment" just to refill medications. that office always smells bad. :(

All the negative reviews here are correct ! If you want to experience greed, stress, filth, and attitude, then by all means come here. You can watch you filthy professionals, eat a greasy sandwich while seated at a desk during your consultation. Yes, I actually witnessed that.

Money is all this Dr is about! And she lacks time management skills. Don't waste your precious time unless you have free healthcare and your employer doesn't mind you taking time off every month to get your meds filled

It really saddens me to write these comments, I am left without any other option after being disregarded. I was under this Dr. care many years ago and was really impressed with her. I made an appointment. She was the same person I remember. I had an appointment for a 'Physical', at my appt., the 'Single Doctor' waiting room was full. I sat for 30 min., I have COPD and could not breath because the room was hot. Germs live in warm spaces, scary. Then I was moved to a room for 15 to 20 minutes, then another for more time, then this woman came in I have never seen and wanted to know about my health, I was there for a physical. After awhile of confusion, she left the room and so I left the room and told the front desk I would be contacting my insurance company. I liked Dr. Sbaih in the past but if you fill your practice with patients you can't give good care. How pitiful to treat someone like that and the reviews for this practice state the same disregard.
