Dr. Sameh Bashar Al-Madani, MD

He has impressed me because he listens and cares. The notes he put in my chart were so detailed and thorough. He is an excellent Dr. Every time I have seen him he has found the problem. Wish all the doctors I see were more like him. He is a doctor I admire and trust with my care.

Do not go to him unless you want to wait 90 minutes or him to get back from lunch! I got there at 12:30 and left a little after 2p. Could hear the nurses in the hall talking about him not being back from lunch yet. When he did come in, he was there for 10 minutes and that was it! Tammy and Janet told me conflicting instructions for how to do the test Prep from what was on the instruction sheet. When I called to complain to Janet, I was so frustrated I said it was f'ing ridiculous that nobody was on the same page. That is when Kelly called and told me I was banned from the practice for swearing on the phone. I am sure the doctor never heard my side of the story because when I asked them to speak to him, they refused.
