Dr. Samer Safadi, DDS

I have known Dr. Safadi for many years. He does top notch dental work and is very trustworthy. He treats all his patients like family and does a great job. I would highly recommend him to anybody if they need a root canal.

Can getting a root canal done actually be pleasurable? In my case this morning’s appointment was in fact, quite enjoyable. Given some mouth pain and swelling a few days ago, I requested a return trip to Dr Safadi’s practice where I had a some work done 10 years ago. Though my initial appointment was 30 days away, I asked to be on the wait list and Ashley called me the next day saying a spot had opened up the next morning! I didn’t know whether this was just a consultation or whether work would be done but I did want relief. Once the diagnosis was confirmed with a few scans and x-rays Dr Safadi and her assistant Dusty went to work. Calming music, a beautiful office and state of the art equipment calmed my initial anxiety. After being numbed with very little discomfort, I had a pleasurable experience with absolutely no pain or discomfort. I actually fell asleep 3 times during the procedure. Thanks to the very friendly and accommodating Ashley at the front desk, and the team of… Dusty and Dr Safadi who made my comfort their first priority from beginning to end. It really was a pleasure!

Dr safadi is very good doctor. I had tooth ache and was unbearable so my dentist referred me to Dr safadi and He did my root canal right away during my consultation visit because it was much needed and he was very gentle on procedure. I did not even realize when the procedure is done. He is a great doctor. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you

As a new patient, I felt very comfortable. The office staff went the extra mile to accommodate me with an appointment on short notice. Everyone was thorough professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They explained each procedure clearly. The office was welcoming, clean and bright with the newest technology. Dr. Overton was friendly, approachable and calming. I have made future appointments and was happy with my experience.

I had a positive beginning to end experience with Dr. Safadi's office and team. He is very thorough in explaining treatment options, thoughtful and patient (for the person that needs all the details). My husband has also had work done here and had immediate relief after a root canal treatment and for someone that doesn't like the dental chair, he was very pleased.

I went to my regular dentist to get a few cavities filled then after both sides of my mouth were numb and some drilling ensued I was notified that I would need a root canal and so the dental hygienist called around town to see who could take me on a Thursday at noon and luckily this office could squeeze me in. I definitely was a little nervous because I have never had a root canal before and family members have told me about their horrors in the past but this was NOTHING to be afraid of. Dr Safadi and his staff were nothing but super welcoming and professional. Dr. Safadi himself was very gentle and continuously made sure that I wasn’t in pain during the procedure and when I did feel discomfort he was quick to stop and give me another shot, I couldn’t recommend this Dr enough!! Best dentist ever! No pain!

This place checks all the boxes! The staff provides exceptional customer service, each doctor took their time to understand my needs and everyone went above and beyond to get me in for an appointment last minute due to an emergency with my tooth. Did I mention I was a new patient?! All I have to say is WOW, 5 stars! I am so grateful & thankful that I found this place!

The worst dentist that I’ve ever seen! And his office staff. They can easily lie to you! After months of waiting for the consultation, I see him for 5-10 minutes, he did not show me any picture of my tooth, just suggested some treatment. We agreed and made an appointment for the root canal. they asked me for the entire cost to be paid in front and I paid. The next day, when I called them to ask about the break down of the charges, unbelievably, they cancelled my appointment in spite of the pain that I had on my tooth. Then they started changing their words about the treatment plan and consultation and lied about everything to me! Give me non-sense! STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY ARE VERY UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, ARROGANT, and IRRESPONSIBLE!

I started seeing Dr. Safadi the last 2 months of 2018 and on short notice he was able to be a MIRACLE WORKER! I haven't been to the dentist in YEARS and Dr. Safadi was not only transparent discussing what needed to be done to my mouth, he also went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! Removed a massive tooth growing in the wrong direction which could've been bad for me in the long run. He also did my fillings but went above and beyond ONCE AGAIN and hooked me up white fillings instead of all that silver ruining my mouth! WHAT A GUY!! Highly recommend him and his staff! Incredible energy nothing amazing smiles and a great atmosphere!!
