Dr. Samer E Farah, MD

Was referred to Dr. Farah after a generic eye exam. No problem setting up an appointment. Parking available (wonderful) and was seen close to my appointment. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Dr. Farah explained everything to me, showed me what he saw and talked to me about the treatment process...1st treatment right then and there! Sounded horrific but as he said, sounded worse than the actual thing. I was nervous but he was true to his word, no pain. I recommend him highly.

Me and Dr. Farah do not see eye to eye as to his choice of treatment. Only kidding. Dr. Farah is excellent. Also, his staff is very competent,courteous and helpful – if help is needed. I see Dr. Farah a number of times during the year. If I followed his instructions, my visits would probably be reduced to once a year. However, this diabetic can’t seem to stay away from those cakes and pies. I highly recommend Dr. Farah. Regards, Philip Fitzgerald

I was having floater that appeared suddenly one morning, I called my doctor who referred me to Dr Fraah, I was able to see me the same day. It turned out I had a tear in my retina. Dr. FARAH was patient and kind, explained the whole thing and performed a laser to close the tear the same day. Hi staff is kind full of smiles and kind words.

Went in for a suspected eye infection. Paid co-payment, waited for an hour and was seen for 5 minutes. Doctor did not take time to speak with me or to explain condition.

My first experience with Dr.Farah was an exceptional one,it was easy to get an appointment. His staff was very courteous and the doctor was very pleasant and informative about my condition, he assured me everything would be fine. I would definately recommend him.

I visited Dr.Farah's office for the first time and was greeted by the professional staff, after registration I was greeted by the technichian who did great patient interview, soon after Dr.Farah entered the room and did an extensive exam, he was very courteous and caring. I left the office satified feeling all my needs were met, now a days it's very hard to find a Doctor and staff who care for patients needs and not for insurance purposes. It was a pleasure.

My experience with Dr. Farah was not good. I had to wait 2 hours to get an exam that took less than two minutes. When the doctor finally met with me he did not great me or introduce himself. He was very authoritative telling me "sit up in the chair and don't blink". He looked very disappointed and frowned the entire time. During my time in the waiting area I noticed that the doctors interaction with his previous patients was friendly and appropiate. All patients before were offered sunglasses after their visits to protect their eyes and I was not. I don't understand why I was treated poorly during my visit. I do hope that someone in authority can tell this doctor to work on his bedside manner and to treat all of his patients with respect.
