I have been seeing Dr Moufawad for a decade now, He has always listened to me, he knows me pretty well , he cares and I trust him, yes he does run late and people complain but do they stop to think that he is answering his other patients questions? I will be the first to admit I have been in a cranky mood and I let him know. When he does my injections he listens to me, he always has my best interest.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Moufawad for several years now and he has helped me manage my pain as much as possible. We can talk about stuff other than my injuries which is a plus. I recommend seeing him to manage your pain.

I have been going to Dr. Moufawad for over 8 years. He helped me get off many horrible pain medications a previous pain management doctor put me on which I never thought was possible. With his help I was able to have my two boys pain medication free!! His knowledge is great but his compassion to help control the pain with as little medication as possible is RARE these days. I trust him 100% and consider him like family! God bless him.

I have trouble getting through...sometimes because his office staff is so busy. Dr. Moufawad is a very gifted, talented, kind and caring doctor. He has taken time to listen to me and help me get my life back. I have had 2 very major back surgeries. First one was really done badly and second great, but I live in chronic and used to be debilitating pain. Dr. Moufawad-He actually cares about his patients. Yes, somedays I have had to wait, but it is because he is so busy because he is such a wonderful doctor. He is very gentle while doing epidurals that I never need to take anything beforehand. He has always gone out of his way to help me. He is very professional yet very caring. I may have to move and I will never find a pain management doctor as caring as him. Most of his office staff is very nice, there was one woman not so nice. But, Dr. Moufawad is an excellent doctor.

First of all I want to say my appointment was for 10:00am, and I wasn't seen until 1:00 and then when I finally got called back to see him he was rude and kept the door open so patients that were walking by could hear everything we were discussing. He argued with me that my pain meds were the cause of my migraines even though I stressed to him that I had my migraines for ten years before I was even on any kind of pain meds. Then he prescribed to me a butrans patch that made me sick as a dog, I had called his office to let him know this and to let him know that it wasn't helping with the pain, and his receptionist told me she would get a hold of him and call me back. She called me back and told me that he said I needed to try it for another week before he would do anything. Ummmm hello I just said I was vomiting and had flu like symptoms and it wasn't working and you want me to try it for another week. He doesn't care if you are in pain and looks at everyone like they are only there to… get pills!!! I am by all means not a drug addict I passed every test and every pill count at my previous pain mgt clinic and had an MRI to prove that I have a herniated disk. All he wanted to do was to pass off that butrans patch because he had coupons for them and probably makes money every time someone gets them filled. He wouldn't prescribe me my fioricet for my migraine and said he didn't feel comfortable writing me a prescription for that even though that medicine is a non narcotic and the only thing that helps my migraines, instead he put me on the butrans patch and one of the side affects is a headache!! Why in the heck would you give someone who has migraines so bad that I lose my vision and cant function sometimes until it goes away a medicine that will most likely make you have a headache? Seems to me like he prescribes high dose narcotics to people to make sure they get hooked so they have to come back to him!! I was on Percocet and it worked and he switches me to a morphine patch ummmmmmmm yeah thanks but no thanks!!!!! DO NOT GO TO HIM!!!!!!! Not only that he seems very judgmental and will not listen to you and god forbid you have a question to ask him he will become very rude and dismissive and not answer any of your questions. In my opinion I think he should have his license revoked!!!!

Horrible Dr. I have seen him for 2 years now. He is always in a rush to get out of there and doesn't really have any concern over his patients. I've been through injections which did not help.Now I am on Percocet and Gabapentin. My first appointment treated me like an addict asking if I took drugs because he can tell if I am not telling the truth...then he told me if I lost50lbs my pain would go away.then he said well what do I know. Also asked if I found a surgeon yet and I told him no....well you aren't trying very hard. What a Dr Jekyll Mr. Hyde. One minute nice and the next a creep. My pain isn't being managed except to the barest minimum. And the steroid injections did not help either. I really need to go else where.
