Dr. Sami Marc Mufarrij, MD

He was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was my first time meeting him and he will officially be my new doctor.

Dr. Sami is the absolute best. I always thought routine gyn exams and pap smears were just painful and everyone took 2-3 days to recover from them. Dr. Sami has shown me that it should not be a painful experience and is the best gynecologist I have ever worked with. He actually listens and finds solutions for your problems I'm feeling better than I ever have in my entire life thanks to him and will be forever grateful.

Dr. Sami was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and comforting. I had a little bit of fear about seeing a male gynecologist but he easily has the best beside manner of any doctor I’ve been to in the DMV. I feel lucky to have found him and encourage everyone to see him. I hope he stays my doctor for life!

He is Heaven sent, our “real” life Angel. Dr. Sami Mufarrij came highly recommended by my mother in law. We’d been planning on a new baby and wanted to ensure we got connected with someone who was efficient, knowledgeable and who truly cared as my pregnancies are high risk. Dr. Sami is that and more. From the first introduction, he was patient, informative and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I didn’t fell rushed during each of our appointments and he also made sure my husband was clear on our pregnancy plan and that he didn’t have any questions. Before I knew it, I was put on bed rest due to severe preeclampsia. During my stay at the hospital, Dr. Sami checked in on myself baby and husband daily. Unfortunately, I got really sick and had to deliver early. Dr. Sami was on call that day, but still took the time out to come in and assist with my c section. To this day, he checks on my baby to make sure all is well. Under Dr. Sami’s care, I felt like he provided the same… attention and care that he would his own family and for that we are very grateful. He saved the live’s of both myself and baby, as he was very much involved in ensuring we were/are progressing well. He is our family’s forever doctor for obgyn services and I feel extremely fortunate to be his patient. Dr. Mufarrji (Both Sami and Imad) are both amazing physicians. I started in 2007 with Dr. Imad Muffarji and I transitioned to Dr. Sami Muffarji the last couple years. I love them both and feel so cared for and seen as a patient. This office is just what I need to make me feel like I am in good hands.

I could not ask for a better OB/GYN than Dr. Sami Mufarrij. It’s been a blessing to have an informed and attentive physician during my first pregnancy. I gladly drive from Northern Virginia in order to attend the appointments. After having tried several different doctors, finding Dr. Mufarrij was a relief. Appointments did not feel impersonal or rushed, all of my many questions were heard and answered. Dr. Muffarij uses thorough testing and screenings in order to ensure the health of my baby. My husband and I are very happy and thankful for Dr. Sami Mufarrij. We 100% recommend him.

My daughter just had an emergency laparoscopic surgery done by dr Muffarij. I am a physician myself and familiar with process. He is a professional surgeon. With great bedside manner. He handle the case very peacefully and stay at my daughter 's side from beginning to the end. We really appreciate his care, skill and knowledge . Great surgeon , highly recommended.
