Dr. Baaklini is an excellent Doctor who is extremely bright, proactive, and has the best bedside manner I have ever witnessed. You can talk to her honestly about anything, and never feel judged. Her gift of compassion is very evident. She is definitely a 10 and I would highly recommend her to anyone with health issues.

Dr Baaklini has always been able to get me in the same day when necessary. It's remarkable how rarely I've had to wait more than 15 min to see her. (once in 10 years). When I come prepared with questions, she always spends time with me to make sure I understand what's going on. I appreciate her ability to understand that I have less-than-great insurance now and she has adapted my testing schedule accordingly after we talked.

I loved that the doctor was always on time, or with 20 minutes of your appoinment. My last few appointments are not so. On one occassion it was over an hour, so I left and rescheduled. Waiting 45mins or more have been the norm lately.
