Dr. Samia Saba Kozman, MD

Brusque, rude and antiquated in her techniques. Hours ate for appointments. Gave me an incorrect diagnosis and I had to go to a specialist to be properly diagnosed.

If I could give her 0 stars I would. By far the worst doctor I have ever had. She would constantly be late, and schedule me at the same time others would be scheduled. She would also always overcharge me at appointments. She also yelled at me and constantly was rude to me during various appointments because she refused to abide by my insurance policy. Keep in mind she had other patients in the room right next to us so they could hear everything. I had seen this doctor for 2 years now, and her behavior has not changed. I would not recommend anyone to see Dr. Kozman as she is very unprofessional and rude.

Dr. Kozman was my primary care physician until I relocated to Virginia. She saw me when I was sick and for my regular checkups. She's very accommodating. ( Thank you Dr. Kozman, from Rebecca Honaker.

Worst Doctor Ever!!! I showed up to my appointment early, the office door was locked so I waited and waited and waited, finally I got a call that she had something come up and could not make it. Fine whatever things happen so I rescheduled. When I finally did see the Doctor, She did not seem to know what she was doing during my visit to her office. She was the only person working in the office so she played receptionist, nurse, and Doctor, this made everything take a very very long time. She performed a basic physical on me, and then when I went to pay she said it would be $150. I have health insurance and she was listed as a Doctor on my provider list. That did not seem to matter, she said that she had to bill me $150 and then my insurance would refund me…. Does that seem strange to anyone else, cause that is not how it normally works. Normally after your doctor appointment you go up to the counter and pay for your visit. Not the case at Dr. Kozman’s office! She made me walk… out of her office and walk into a Spa next door. She then told them to let me use their credit card machine to charge me at the spa for my appointment and that they could just pay her cash. It all seemed too weird to me so I refused and Dr. Kozman got very mad. I have never been a part of anything so shady in my life. I called my insurance at the time, Cigna, and told them the whole story. They agreed with me that what happened seemed strange. They instructed me not pay for the Dr. Visit, because her office should have been set up to receive patients before she was added to their provider list. They told me that they would take care of it when she submitted her paperwork to them. That should be the end of the story, but sadly it is not. I got multiple angry phone calls from Dr. Kozman, yelling at me that I needed to pay her!!! I tried to explain that I was ready to pay her in a traditional way at her office, but that was not available to me and I had reported the event to my insurance and for her to contact them. That explanation was not good enough for her and she would continue to yell and even curse at me. Also as an Atheist I didn’t really like being in a doctor office that was covered in Christian decoration, I counted 8 items featuring Jesus or a cross. Not saying you can not have any, but this was excessive! I have never met a Doctor as Unprofessional as Dr. Samia Kozman.
