Dr. Samim Enayat, MD

I have been a patient of this practice long before Dr. Enayat took over patients, and had always been happy with my prior doctor. I felt that Dr. Enayat's answer to my needing to lose weight (20-30lbs) was only medication. I had been hesitant to return due to being pushed towards injections for weight loss on my last visit, but stuck with him. Imagine my surprise when I open a certified letter today from Dr. Enayat notifying me that I have been dropped as a patient from his care. I was told they have tried to reach out to me many times, which is a lie as I did not receive any outreach, and that because I missed appointments they are dropping me. I have never missed an appointment in my life, and had used the St Jude app to request a call to reschedule an outstanding appointment. When I didn't receive a call back, and called to schedule myself, I was told the system doesn't talk to the app and they noted me as a no-show. That happened twice. WHY does the technology the hospital uses not… talk to their computer system? As a result of this I am flagged as being a "bad" patient and was dropped in a condescending letter stating how maybe next time I can be a better patient. I am humiliated. I am livid. Worst part is I was scheduled to come in this week for a visit as I need my meds refilled. I called the office to talk this over with his assistant, who was rude and had no interest in hearing what I had to say. Now I am stuck with nothing. What a joke of a doctor this is. Lying to me, talking down to me, and leaving me high and dry after many years of being a loyal St. Jude patient. Dr. Enayat needs to take a lesson on patient care because he obviously missed that part of medical school.
