Dr. Samina Zareen Nadvi

Been using Dr. Nadvi for 3 years about. The receptionists will put you on hold often when you call and really make you feel like you're bothering them or they are too busy. If you hear a smiling voice answer the phone, they aren't a regular. You wait at least 30 mins past your appt time before you're called back. Today, Dr. Nadvi herself was very argumentative with me about what they had charted and what actually happened. I don't want to argue with anyone for appropriate child care. Maybe she was having a bad day, but there was no reasoning offered to me other than "You must have taken (child) somewhere else" after I repeated my child had only been to another walk-in once. As a parent, I'm well versed in how many times I've had to bring (child) in and the Dr arguing saying their chart was 100% correct and I was wrong doesn't cut it. But I will say, their nurse Kathy who does the shots, is the best nurse I've ever seen in a clinic setting.
