Dr. Samina Reza, MD

If I could leave zero stars I would, this woman has no compassion for cancer patients. All's she wants is to collect co pays and push the patients out of the office. Will not provide the treatments for a cancer patient to have a fighting chance. Run the other way! Please if you care about your loved ones, please find a different oncologist.

Stage 4 Pancreatic-Went into full remission,given hope by staff, Dr. Reza was very supportive during treatment.Dr,staff,and Anita and staff followed up on questions and info for entire time of treatment. Could not ask for better care.

My 75 yr old mother was referred to Dr.Samina Reza by her Primary...Dr. Samina Reza was efficiant in suggesting the proper tests to determine she had cancer however this doctor has extremely pathetic bed side manners and "None" if any compassion for her patient.... when I first walked in with my mother who had expressed to me how nervous she was... my mother asked that the doctor just speak with me and deliver any bad news and I would later advise her.... I am Autherized by my mother to discuss any results with the doctor in her file.... I asked and expressed "our" concerns with the nurse and she said she would let the doctor know to discuss with me first.... approximatly 15 minutes after we were called in to take her vitals and instructed to go waite in the room... when 10 minutes after Dr. Samina Reza from the door barely inside the office yet says...."I have Bad news! its not good.... I have very bad News and its not good at all".... "You Have Cancer Stage 4 and its not… Curable...... it can be treated but not curable...." She Said this with lack of compassion,Sympathy,empathy and complete disregard of emotion.... Her delivery was disgusting and inhuman and offered very little hope..... I went thru my mothers breast cancer 13yrs ago... and as her Caregiver I know that a patients Mental state is crucial in fighting this battle.... and Dr.Samina Reza had complete disregard for that... I will not take my mother to her office again.... as No one deserves to be treated that way.... Dr. Samina Reza seems to have become De- Sensatized..... and she needs to remember this is someones mother, grandmother, wife etc.... and above all someones life!
