This review is for dr. Hazem Qualla associated with dr. Samir: DR Qualla Very bad treatment here, rude staff RUN AWAY Unsafe prescribing: I was prescribed an excessively high estrogen patch despite voicing my concerns. Later, another very strong dose was issued without reviewing my medical history or recent test results. Failure to review lab results: My bloodwork and hormone levels were never reviewed before medication changes were made.Poor communication: The office repeatedly failed to answer calls or respond in a timely manner. It often took 2–3 days to get a call back, even for urgent medication concerns.Lack of proper triage: When I reported serious side effects, I was told to remove the patch and wait until the provider returned, with no immediate medical support offered.Quality concerns with medication: I received multiple boxes of defective patches. Instead of addressing the issue, the office prescribed a stronger dose without discussion or evaluation. Dismissal after… complaint: After filing a grievance with my insurance provider, I was notified that my care would be redirected.

excellent OB doctor - he really cares

Dr. Hage was my wife's doctor years ago, we always wanted to go back to his office he made her laugh after labor by saying " Piece of cake! Same time next year?" however different insurance prevented it for two of her pregnancies. In her current pregnancy she waited 3 1/2 months to finally get an appointment, waiting for insurance to go through. She picked Dr. Hage as her doctor of course and because she had been seen at the birth center for one visit, Dr. Hage refused to except her as a patient. My wife was crushed. I wondered what became of the kind doctor we had previously encountered. My wife is perfectly healthy, so their just was not any good reason for the straight out rejection, of my beautiful pregnant wife. My only thought is that this doctor is not the same man we dealt with seven years ago. My guess is that he no longer cares about his patience at all. Why else would he behave with such carelessness, to a former patient. People change.

The only thing I hated was the miscommunication by the staff members at this clinic. They would not give correct information about what your part of the bill is, send labs to some agency that could be out of network of your insurance and then make you pay any remaining bill. Worst part is they will never call you back for any questions you may have, no matter how many voice mails you leave for their staff.

Dr. Hage is truly a caring man. He is thorough and precise. He wants the best for his patients. I recommend him to anyone I know.

DR Hage is my wifes OB Doc and he's awesome. I wish this guy did family practice. He just delivered my son a few days ago and went above and beyond the call of duty. He's very attention to detail. My wife and I also work in the medical field and are around MD quiet a bit so i can honestly say that DR Hage is the BEST bed side manner. I cant say enough great things about this man.

Dr. Hage delivered both my babies and I could not have imagined ever having another doctor do it. He was so cool and calm when I was a crazy, neurotic, nervous Mama. He always put me at ease. My husband came with me to all my appointments and we both adore him. We joked and talked to him more like he was a friend. One of the best things I can say about Dr. Hage is HE delivers your baby and really truly tries to be there no matter what. I cannot say enough great things about him.

Dr. Hage is a wonderful doctor. He spent time listening & never made me feel rushed in an appointment. His follow up was above & beyond what I expected. I would recommend Dr. Hage to anyone.
