He will always enter the room with a warm greeting and smile. Positive energy! The staff at CPS was the best. Dr. Rao is a talented surgeon, and I was impressed by the entire experienced. My results went beyond my expectations. He is so down-to earth. He listened to every question, and took the time to answer them fully and assuage any concerns I had. Also, I traveled from the midwest because of Dr. Rao's reputation--and he came recommended by my dermatologist. I had my pre- and post-surgical visits at his office in Chevy Chase, MD and my surgery in Annandale, VA. His assistant, Laramie, is AMAZING. She is so responsive and kind -- she immediately puts you at ease. In addition, the surgical team immediately put me at ease. I would recommend anyone considering cosmetic surgery to see Dr. Rao. Also, his pricing is very competitive, and his office is pristine.
