Very poor communication, would get calls to schedule appointments and not know what they were for, had to call the office and ask why I was getting a certain test. Schedules a biopsy of a nodule on my thyroid, because of poor orders the biopsy couldn't be done and was later deemed unnecessary

Took my mom in to see him, it was also our first time. A discussion took place between my mom's primary and this doctor to squeeze her in to see him because she had a new thyroid condition and was severely symptomatic, he also prescribed urgent meds in the interrim. At the appt he walked into the room unannounced and basically didn't bother to read her chart at all, had no idea why we were there, had no idea who my mom's primary doctor was and no recollection of prescribing my mom any medication or the dosage. He asked if she was taking the meds and if it was helping. Showed no compassion or interest and said to keep taking the meds, and to just up the amount of pills if symptoms weren't getting any better and to see him back in 6months. He noticed our reaction and asked if we were unhappy to which we said we were. He came back and sat down hesitantly and rushed through our questions. Needless to say he did not CARE, my mom has been so sick and was so hopeful for this appt and to meet… him. We're so disgusted and disappointed. Definitely will not be seeing him again. How can such a horrible provider be the only person to represent this modality in one organization?!

Well, where should I start? Made an appointment with him for thyroid follow up treatments but, he never told me to get a blood test a week before my appointment. He was very surprised I didn't my blood test before meeting. Other time, he insist on tissue test from my bump on my neck for cancer, going against 2 other doctors who previous said there's no need due to my thyroid levels. He order for left side of neck. Bump was on right. Doctor who did biopsy even said it was an odd order to check for cancer. With today's skyrocketing medical prices. Don't waste your money and time with this doctor, as you can see from the ratings.

He listened to me about my concerns and needs. Encouraged me to use natural remedies rather than always going to drugs. He was respectful of me and innovative in his methods and ideas. Does not act like I'm a diabetic because I'm stupid or just can't stop eating everything I see. Was just as concerned about my happiness and quality of life as I am.

He was responsoble for me and made sure that I got what was needed. He took as much time I wanted and I would love to see him again.

I've been trying to figure out why my hair has been falling out and have endured a battery of tests. After my first round of blood tests I was told some things were slightly below normal but shouldn't worry about it. I had to make another appointment to try to get him to keep trying. Had another battery of tests. Those all came in in the normal range. I asked to have him call me when the results came in. He never did. I just got the results and were left to figure them out myself. In the office he was very brief and didn't take much time to listen to my complaints. Its apparent he's not interested in helping me find out the cause of my problem, so I will be moving on.
