Dr. Sammy Dale Ellis, MD

I had a wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled. My dentist referred me to Dr. Ellis. My experience with this office was great and very professional. Dr. Ellis was very gentle and explained just about everything he was doing while he was removing my tooth. I would highly recommend Dr. Ellis and his very professional staff to anyone.

My son was seen by Dr. Ellis for extraction of two abscessed baby teeth. He was nervous, but Dr. Ellis was very patient and caring, and the entire staff was so supportive. I would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends!! Wonderful experience!

I would and will recommend Doctor Ellis to everyone , I cracked a front tooth which was very traumatic to think I may go with out a front tooth, his front office staff worked with my dentist and made it possible for me to have the tooth removed and go straight to my dentist with no problems . Everyone was very polite and compassionate . the procedure was painless and both doctor and assistant where so caring I could not believe it was over . Everyone from the front office to back made me feel very comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation .

Let's all face it, no oral surgery is ever pleasant, BUT with that said, I would highly recommend Dr. Ellis! Not only is his office staff very polite, they are also very professional! Dr. Ellis was amazing and didn't just make me feel like a number! He was able to see me the same day I called for an appointment and instantly resolve the issues I was having! He took time to explain everything to me and walked me through the whole process! I would recommend him to everyone!!!!

No numbing cream the needle hurt so I moved a little and I mean a little and he was not nice . He was annoyed and spoke to me in a condescending manner . So I left and went to someone else for the extraction. Also he kept wanting to give me drugs for nerves and I kept telling him I wasn't nervous he just hurt me . I've had a great deal of dental work and have never had any trouble .

Dr. Ellis was great at explaining my procedure and I felt that he listened to my concerns, however; I feel as though I was made to have 2 separate appointments when I felt that one was more than sufficient. I felt as though they were very money hungry and that's why it was split up so I could be charged 2 separate office visits. I also believe my insurance was filed incorrectly and I was overcharged again! I have had no help from his office getting this resolved but am called constantly by Sandy his extremely rude check in girl!! I will not go back because of her! Too rude!!
